Its my first time owning a rc nitro car and I just want to. Ask how many teeth should the spur geaar have for a tmaxx 3.3 and also I just purchased an rd dual exhust for it and it blazizz the spur gear real quick I just want to know y and how can fix it:\

You arent getting your gear mesh right.. Or your motor isnt sitting strait.. and those dual exhaust are worthless!!

Yup, check the gear mesh between the spur and clutch bell, if those are not happy together they will strip out the spur like crazy.

come on man they don't make DONK'S for t-max 3.3

What the hell are you talking about!!!???

Seems you swapped the grammer gear with a c-fusion gear and has caused a sync issue with the communication system.

wud up, if your not educated booboo maybe you should go back too school? come on man talk like your kinda normal!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

2 things... gear mesh........ steel spur gear. with my old t maxx a steel spur gear was awesome.. lasted through more than like 3 rebuilds and a whole new motor and i still have it to this day but i dont have a t maxx but i dont think it fits the 3.3.

i would install the new spur gear and line up the motor and basically you wanna be able to hold the clutch bell still and wiggle the spur gear and make sure you have a very short click when moving it. or do that paper thing where you put a strip of printing paper in between the too then tighten the motor down and you should be able to pull the paper out with out it ripping.

here get this http://www.ebay.com/itm/Integy-T365...221?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0&hash=item336b8a9c6d cheap yet wil last forever and save you money in the long run.
