Why when you buy a lightning stadium pro body from Hot bodies do they NOT include a decal sheet??

Tower is back ordered on the decals and now i have to find elsewhere

Wow that sucks. Use your painting skill and forget about the decals!
 
Wow that does suck! What a rip. Why would they release the body without the decals. Thats retarded.
