I am looking for a set of T-Maxx wheels and tires - hopefully something a little more "on-road" compared to what it comes with - very flat and less knobby tread. If you have wheels for a smaller car that you have adapted/can be adapted to fit a T-Maxx, let me know.

Thanks.

I have a set of slicks with chrome RPM(I think) wheels with a nice offset. Tires are not glued, really need a firmer insert in them. Were driven around a little but still excellent shape. 14mm hexes, $40 shipped

I dont think I've seen slicks B4 for a MT..
How Are They.. Grippy..?

Those wheels are atrocious, but nothing that a little bit of Plasti-dip couldn't solve:

:)

I'm a noob - is 14mm the standard T-Maxx sized hub/hex?

On the older models i beleive they are the standard.. not sure about the newer 3.3's
whats plasti-dip..?
and what was the pic of you 2.4 radio for..?

I plasti-dipped the chrome "wheel" of my radio, just like I would the chrome wheels if I were to buy them...

That doesn't look bad. Take your time getting the bead completely taped off, or the tires won't seat right. Make sure the air holes are clear as well.

I would take the tires off the wheels (his set is not glued) and paint only the front, not the whole thing.
