i recently got a used buggy and the controler was set up to use a battery pack and the holder for the 8 aa batterys is gone.. anyone got one of these laying around?? they look like this https://www.rcnitrotalk.com/forum/showthread.php?t=28528&highlight=free+charger (i used your pics eddy hope you dont mind) i really need one or at least an idea on how to fix the controler.. as far as i know it is 12v and the biggest pack i have is 9.6 volt and it wouldnt work (it would turn on but the servos wouldnt move) thanks for lookin

ARE you asking ffor a 4 cell AA holder?

no the 8 cell holder for the controler.. the flat one.. like in the link

oooooo My bad. What controller do you have?

duratrax 75 mhzs thats all it says i dont really think it will matter.. if it wont fit right i aint afraid of a dremel..

I am not familiar but I have friends that have duratraxx rides that upgraded radios. Snap a pic and I can ask around.

i would settle for even a cheep radio tx/rx but if anyone has one laying around hit me up ill get that pic when i can jon2

I have a Futaba 2PL with an extra receiver that I am willing to let go. Also have a Magnum Jr (75 mhz/FM). PM me and we'll talk.

I'm also looking for a cover for son,s reciever its a plain Traxxas controler :)

??? how does that help my thread at all?? cmon dude you will get more results if you make your own thread..

You're both looking for something for a radio. Maybe someone who sees this thread will have both.
As far as your battery holder, have you checked with Radio Shack?

checked radio shack they have 8 cell holders but there not flat there four and four.. it would work but wouldnt be able to use cover.. anyone got one of these?? cmon go through your junk pile.. eddy had one layin around some one else has to.. thanks for lookin..

If that's the case, get it from Traxxas since it's the rtr radio you're inquiring about. Most people get rid of that radio and upgrade to a better one since it's a 27mhz that comes with the rtr's. Also becuase 75 mhz radios have 30 channels as opposed to 6 on the 27 mhz.

this is a 75 mhz duratrax came on a ofna ultra gt buggy

i can sell you the stock ofna radio and the rx they are new never used for 20.00 plus shipping just let me know ok

just came across this and seen you where looking for the same thing I was. Geez sorry !

I'm not looking for the cover.. I'm looking for the thing that holds the batterys.. some controlers have a cell holder that is removable.. this one has been removed..

bumpity bump
cmon guys someone has to have one of these.. it doesn't have to be for this controler.. as long as it will hold 8 aa cells and is flat so the cover will go over it.. i really need this thing.. i got a perfectly good controler i can't use.. i dont want to have to buy a new one..
