Great idea and they look non-slip too. Are the wide enough to be stable if ya run the truck on it?

How much are they if you do not mind me asking? We had a big music store here in town but they closed down, so I do not know if I can buy these here in town?would you be willing to buy these for us?

Here they range from $6.00cdn - $15.00cdn depending on witch shop you hit.

Any guitar shop will have them no mater how small.
Check Ebay under Foot stool in the musical insturments

There was actually an RC company that tried marketing these about 6-12 moths back as an RC-stand... Was 25-30 dollars just for the added RC sticker

The forum crowd gave them alot of love until someone with a guitar posted thier stand and called them out on it, Went south pretty quikly from there although they did claim a nitro safe paint I am not sure I am buying that story ;)

Good solid stand either way, just a lot more reasonable at the guitar stand price :D

Where did you put the weatherstripping?

quick Q... looks to sit 'flat' in top pic but i found our local ones have a tilted top bed

there be different types?

any axe-grinders in crowd here? :)

I put it along the edges to give it more grip.

Cool! Let us know how you like it over the standard one.

Never seen the tilted top ones online. I'll have mine tomorrow............hope they aren't that way. :(

I'm going to order 4-5 of these next week to give away - solid idea and dirt cheap!

You can get weatherstripping at either a hardware store or automotive store.

Got that Woodie, just was wondering where he put it on the stand. Thanks! That is a great idea on give away! :thumbup1: I may do that for the club I am in. :D

Mine was more tilted on the lower settings, but only slightly tilted on the highest, hardly noticeable.

I've bought a couple different brands some are more tilted that others.
I find it nice to have it tilted a bit when you are sting down working on the truck.
