I personally have always thought the stock 5T body width was piss poor and should have always been designed to go over the tires like the bodies of its 10th scale SC cousins do.

Finally somebody has come out with a wide body that gives the 5T a scale look it deserves.

Pretty right at $129.

Will be available at DDM shortly as well.

Looks WAY better imo.

Stock body sucks. Proline body isn't much better, but it is stronger. Original Woodster body was a great option due to price, but it was still matching the stock dimensions.

The Wide Body kicks ass.

Another body guy has a wide body version out now as well, but it sells for $45 more and still has the raised hood and louver treatment of the stocker.

Pricing aside, I like the looks of the Woodster one better.

That's like comparing a RC18T body to a MT body. LOL

IMO, the body should be about $80-$90.

However, since the HPI stocker and Proline bodies are $160 it is priced right at $129 compared to them. Woodster also sells a standard width body for the 5T that is $99. You charge what the market will bear and what people with 5T's are willing to pay. Capitalism at work.

Damn straight it is.
