You can try taking off the air cleaner and putting a few drops of nitro right into the carb

Tune it? start back at factory settings.

Are both lights lighting up on the ez starter?

if your gloplug light is not on, then either the blue wires is getting disconnected from the gloplug or the gloplug itself is bad. Also check your muffler connection to the header, sometimes the rubber breaks and doesn't given enough compression in the fuel tank to get the engine running

I would say convert to a pull start. Its alot less hassle than the EZ Start, and if theres a problem its either a bad glow plug or an uncharged igniter. Pull starts are the way to go, in my opinion :) Good luck with the truck.

I know i'll probably get ridiculed for this comment but I am a big fan of the ez start system. I used to use pull starts and a ignitor but went back to the ez start system mainly b/c you can just plug a wand in and it does all the work for you. and if your engine is tuned correctly, the wand can last you the entire week of driving on a single charge. not to mention you don't have to get on your knees and hold the vehicle down while you pull start, with the ez start wand I can keep my controller in my left hand while I start with my right hand, very easy, very simple. The number one problem I've had is the blue gloplug wire falling off the gloplug but that happens very seldomly.

i love the ez start to ...tried pull start ..screw that...
i keep my pull start as a back-up ..if ez start breaks ..i will just fix it ...would never get rid of it .....just like reverse , I LOVE IT ..will never go FOK :D
