Anybody having trouble with part # 5390? This is the clutch hub where you adjust the shift point. Last time I ran my Revo it was taking longer and loner for it to shift into second gear, Now it won't shift at all. I called a hobby shop and the guy I spoke to said a lot of people were having trouble with this part and was wondering if any of you were having this problem.

No issue with mine up to this point.
You may want to look at the tuning of your mill or see if for same reason the shift point set screw is moving. You may also have gotten some dirt into the transmission somehow.

Never heard of that going bad and I never read anything about it on the traxxas forums. weird.

I have checked the tune, and adjusted the shift point screw but never thought about cleaning it  It has a foc so it shouldn't take long...I'll let you know if that works.

Ok here's what I found. The little arm in the clutch hub ( part # 5390) that actually engages 2nd gear had become flat and flared out a little. I removed the shift point screw and used a small allen wrench to lift the end of the arm up, then took a very small file and trimmed of the flared metal and now it shifts great. I'm still getting a new one because I don't think it will last very long.
