well I'm a big noobie to the whole t-maxx setup seeing as I'm just fixing my buds tranny i fixed the main problem (hes gears need shimming and some needed to be replaced...) anyways i took it out in the front yard today to test it and it has a VERY hard time shifting from forward to reverse (yes my batts are charged fully, and the servo is fine) I've narrowed it town to inide the tranny but can't seem to figure out whats going wrong :( any help would be greatly appreciated

It will be very stubborn if the idle is set too high. Also check that it's getting it's full throw on the servo. It might need a mechanical adjustment on the linkage.
