Yes you can, I drove my RS4 3 in about 25 - 30 degree weather on several occasions, but retuning will be necessary, and the plastic parts will be brittle if you do crash, but yes you can drive it in the cold.
we get a little colder than 60 deg. we have at least one or two weeks of 32deg plus or minus. but that's about it. other than those few days, it's almost year round playing w/nitro toys.
Thats some major ~cold air intake~ 60degrees................man that reely seems cold, but when I'm refueling, I will put my hands over the engine, like a fire: ......................:shhh:
