Will the diff hold?

I shattered an S25 4 spyder diff and then upgraded to the X SS diffs. I've been 4wd up until now but i just prefer 2wd. Few quick specs, extended and lcg tvp's, 3 speed, OS .30, mid tanked, and the hump pack sits over the front diff, geared 47/18. Even in 4wd i could flip in on its lid from a standstill so i am expecting that to get worse but i love the precision steering you get with 2wd. So back to the original question. Do you think the SS diff will hold up or will it only be a matter of time before it also explodes on me?

Have you already been running it 2wd? My S-25 is a wheelie monster in 2wd.

If the diff is shimmed right, I don't think it will be a problem.

i ran a few tanks through it in 2wd and it seems to be doing fine. i can turn the tires into pizza cutters on demand. I am gonna beat on it a little tonight and see how it does.
