will a picco .26 outlaw motor fit in t-maxx 2.5

will this motor fit in a traxxas t-maxx 2.5 with little mods or is it a lot of work, i may be able to get this motor cheap and would like to know, and is this motor better than the os. 21 or 0s. 18

If you do manage to shoehorn that in you'll also need a drivetrain upgrade. The 2.5 stuff wasn't made for that kind of power.

There are plenty of companies that offer extended chassis conversions to house .21-.32 sized engines but I'm partial to Fast Lane Machine.

Why don't you just go with the Picco .26 Maxx? It'll just need a mount and a beefier tranny. Why you're at it, go with the Red Dot!

if you want a project truck, I say go right on ahead. If you don't want to put a lot of money in your truck go with an engine that will drop right in, like the .26 maxx version or even the red dot as suggested above.
