should I get the supper truck-2.isn't the Lst just another monster truck just with a bigger price price tag?

This topic doesn't really need a reply. You can't really compare the LST 2 to other trucks. Go to the team losi site and take a close look at the set up and then compare it to the others.

Ok before al of you Savage, Revo, MGt,Tmaxx and other MT owners chime in, let me say this. The LST is overpriced. I suggest a used one if you can find a decent one. First off from what I have read and know, the LST is a very durable truck with the right mods. First off, either change the arms to RPM or get the aluminum lowers.
  • Ditch the reverse( I do not use it on any of my MTs anymore) as it can cause your drive train to slow down due to the excess gears.
  • Ditch the dual steering servo set up and get a beefy analog servo. I say analog as the digital ones for bashing are useless and just use more of your RX battery.
  • Invest in a good RX rechargeable pack. Shop around and get a high Mah rating so your run times are better. BUT IT NEEDS TO BE A 5 CELL so you can get the best out of your servo.
  • Get a cage to protect your engine, I suggest the RC Solutions one. I am looking to get one soon after I get the engine replacement.
  • Invest in the aluminum diff cases to eliminate the "cracking noise"

Off the top of my head that is what I suggest. The LST is great and the LST has some good upgrades and additions. You should ditch the 20mm rims. Very hard to find replacements other than from the factory. Get theProline 23mm Hubs.

The tires what can I say... Not too great for racing. They look like straight basher type.

Engine I have no idea as I have not run that engine. I have seen the Os 30 and collari 30 run but not the Mach 27.

What else? Well that is up to the next member that has this. We already have heard the rants on the other MT owners.

I would like to hear some posts on the LST...
