why would i ever touch my low speed needle??

tuning, getting it to run and idle right, what is the reason not to touch it????
 
if you get the handling of tuning and very knoledgable... then touch the low speed. for the 21bb you shouldn't have too... but if you want preice tuning which has to be done a good weather then do so... low speed are for expert tuning.. if you have no clue then don't mess with it..
