hi

i brought a mta4 last week and i have taken it out twice. i ran it in properly and have had 10 tanks through it but i think i flooded the engine. i was told to take the glow plug out and the air filter off and put it upside down and pull the pull start a few times. i did this and fuel came out so i did it untill fuel stopped coming out but it still wont start.
can anyone give me any advice on what to do? have/could i have damaged anything?

Thanks for any help :D

As moto said make sure you have fuel up to the carb, your glow plug is good and your glow starter is charged up.

Assuming you didn't mess with the carb settings since the last time it ran...and he weather hasn't dramatically changed (like 20 degree drop) then it should fire if your glow plug is good, charger is good, and it's primed properly.

When you prime it can you see the fuel fill the fuel line and get to the carb? Have you tried watching it with your air filter off? You should see fuel enter the carb when you prime it. Also how big of a gap do you see when you look straight down inside your carb? Is the carb slide leaving a gap of 1-2mm so it idles properly? Too big of a gap will keep flooding it...too little of a gap will starve it.
