why my tmaxx engine keep flood?

last time when i start and it run and when the gas ran out and i fill it and wont start it and 1 hour later and when i start it running and i pull trigger of gas and engine stop and i try start again and it running and there spitting out exhaust and the engine flood and wont let me start..... why? :/

i second rolex' post, the first thing i did when i joined this site is read up on all guides that these guys posted in the introduce yourself section, it helped me alot, now i can troubleshoot my rig without problems
