I thought car is running too rich, but temps are ok?
What are signs of worn engine? Could it be engine being worn out?

It's common to have some oil out of the pipe. As long as your temps are fine I would say that all is good.

Cool, compressions seems to be ok too. When I turn crankshaft using flywheel, still can feel resistance close to top.

like bergoff stated, it is not uncommon to see oil coming from the exhaust. i had my savvy out today at my buddys house and i pulled it in the garage to turn one of the needles and i saw a spot of oil myself so rest assured, it's normal.
