Who's dealt with castle creations?

Ok so ill get to the point. I'm kind of annoyed with my castle sidewinder sct and 5700 cm36s motor. And with castle. I've emailed them 2 times I the past 1 1/2 weeks and no reply. I'll call tomorrow. If I send in my motor will they replace it? My lhs said the cm36 had serious problems. I bought it off Craigslist a month ago and thought it was supposed to run the way it did. I'm thinking of sending in the whole combo and getting a velineon system. Just in case you missed my question, will castle replace something if I send it into them? Thanks guys. :/

Darn. I really don't know what to do with this system, it's useless to me. Lol. At the same time I don't have a job yet so there's no possibility of buying another system. Guess its no rc for me!

I have had two esc's from them go up in smoke. Probably just bad luck.
