Who makes these tires?

Buddy has a set of these on his NTC3, he likes them and wants another set. Says "medial pro" on the sidewall but I can't find any for the TC's, only 8th scale. Any help in locating them would be greatly appreciated guys....

Actually Rob, that helped out alot. By seeing the "touring IAS" on the box, I found a shop that sells them. Thanks man!

Does the inside of the tire have a honeycomb design eliminating the need of a insert?

Yeah, these are nice tires. Venom also makes a nice (no insert needed) tire, check them out.
