picked one up the other day along with another sale item.... a 457, that I installed as soon as I pulled the buggy out of the box . In the process of finalizing the break-in ......really impressive. question ??? If I change the bell gear , do you have to change the spur gear, also lower number of teeth mean lower gear ratio for the holeshots right??

I just got one on monday. This is my first Nitro RC that I have owned and so far I am very pleased with it. I've driven my Friends Losi for some time now and I must say I prefer the Buggy over the Monster truck. I got the 24 engine in mine and have a little over 4 hours o the engine, mostly break in and tunning. I plan to give it some dirt action on Saturday.

Well I did take it all over this weekend. Got it good and dirty and I must say I am very pleased Also I think today is the last day of the sale but Hobby People has this thing RTR at $199.99, Thats only like $60 more then the engine itself cost. great value and fun for the money....

i hear you have a xtm xt2 i have had mine since 2 monthths before xmas how long have u had yours if i was you i would check the wiring as it wasn't very well made in the factory as i found out (the stirring mainly)
and do you like it and wht % (fuel wise) are you on

It's great. I think it was a good buy. Overall all the wiring looks good, just my controller's throttle stoped functioning but hobby people gave me a new one. I'm running 20% in it, I don't really see the need for anything higher right now.

Tell me about it, I don't even see that one anywhere other than online stores. I've seen the .21 engine & Red body parts at my local Hobby shop but that's about it. I believe if you replace the .247 with the .21 everything else is the same...

I've read somewhere that there is also a "pro" Model, but I've never seen one.

yes.. just a track lgal recing engine, and diferent body..the transponder arm, and thats basicly it.. the pro model..never seen..i saw a SH pro model.. but not a XT2 pro model.

It's all those Video games I played growing up Driving with one hand while looking at the screen on the camera... And my parents said video games were useless

How did it handle at the beach? Iv'e thought about taking mine there but Something about all that sand getting up into everything bothers me...

the trick is wif the beach go just were the water is (not to close obviously) and all the sand doesn't fly up into your car mine ran fine tho i wouldn't worry that much about it
