OK so I got a good deal on 2 more rigs yesterday, 1 Nitro and 1 Electric. Now I plan to start racing and would like to keep a 1/10th Stadium truck on hand. Sooooo which of these would you keep?

Nitro:
AE RC10GT - http://picasaweb.google.com/spouliot/RC10GTForSale#

vs

Team Losi XXX-NT Adam Drake - http://picasaweb.google.com/spouliot/TeamLosiTrucks#5325492992012200002

Electric:
AE RC10T4

vs

Team Losi XXX-T (I think it's a the XXX-T anyway!) - http://lh4.ggpht.com/_F_fIPI2OnO8/SefzvzlhOZI/AAAAAAAAB0A/19lR9UQ0AbA/s640/P4169759.JPG

Opinions and reasons? Whichever ones I decide to keep, their opposition will end up here for sale ;-) All rigs are in good shape.

it all depends on if u want to run nitro or electric
personally i would keep the nitro 1 because i love the smell and sound of burning nitro and the tinkering that comes with it
ALTHOUGH sometimes i wish i could just pick up my rig and go and then come home and throw it on the shelf and know its gonna be ready to go when i want to use it again

Actually I plan to keep 1 of each. I have all 4 in my shop right now and I want to downsize a bit ;-) So I want to keep 1 Nitro, and 1 Electric...and sell the other 2 ;-)

ohh well in that case i can't really help you
sorry i thought u were only trying to decided between the 2 trucks that u just got.

suppose logical choice is which 1 is gonna be better for what u wanna do with it, what 1 u have accessibility for parts to the easiest and if ur planing on racing which 1 is gonna be cheaper for you to get running competitively

I'm completely new to the racing scene. So not sure which one holds up better and such. I'm a newbie race driver. lol I can bash all day, but crap man when I hit triples and big jumps...I tend to cartwheel as much as I land rubber side down. lol

doing better than me... I'm yet to hit a jump with my buggy
i have a track that I've built out the back of my house which i have dialed but dad wont let me build jumps ect ect because when time comes to put a house on it then he will need to spend more money flattening out the land :(

as for your rigs i have no idea which 1 would hold up better so I'm not even gonna act like i do.. ill let someone that actually knows what there talking about guide u in the right direction there

Make some wooden ramps that you can move about, that way you can make a track wherever you are :)

:goodpost:
if i was sticking around here i would do that but I'm moving in about 2 weeks so it would be fairly pointless...
plus where I'm moving to apparently has a rc track so i wont have to run on my own :)

thanks for the idea though never though of that

i had a nitro rc10 and loved it. i can only imagine the electric version is as good.

but you could go all losi and save on parts..

i have experience with AE so i have to go with them, the rc10 dominated the 1/10tth scale races for a long time

IMO I would hold onto both of the Losi rigs. The Adam Drake is about as race ready as you can get in Nitro and since you are keeping it you may as well have the matching set!

Now, about that AE RC10GT...

I'm leaning towards both Losi vehicles myself actually. That Adam Drake is NIIIICE....even if it is the V1 and not the V2. It's barely been driven and has an OS .12 CR-V on it that has less than 1 quart on it. It's so tight I can hardly move the flywheel! lol

Sure do! I'll make you a GREAT deal too! How does $500 sound? I'll even throw in a spare plug!

Oh no...that was the special discount price on the RC10GT just for you ;-)
