Which Part am I Missing - HPI Savage 25

I seem to be missing a part that goes in between these two parts, one is the crankshaft and the other is the spindle for the starter. Sorry I'm not more specific I'm not really mechanically inclined somebody is working on it for me and I didn't get much more info than what I have said.

Yep it a pin with spring that goes in that slot on crank shaft.

Very easy to lose when removing backplate.
