Ok guys I have been drivering rc car for 5-6 years now and i want to get in to truggies. I have my eyes set on either the kyosho st-rr or the losi 8ight t. Which one do you guys recommend and why and what motor would be good with what pipe on it?

I have nothing to say about the Kyosho, but have been punishing my 8T for nearly two years now. I have been very happy with it's performance and durability.

Two things to look out for. The front/center CVD wears pretty fast, I'm on my second one after 30 liters. And the rear outer hinge pins should be replaced by the M2C ones. They can be had at A-Main.

Almost forgot, special care should be taken when setting up the throttle linkages. If not, you will loose servos. This is probably the most critical part of the setup, get it right and you will have trouble free racing.

From what I have seen at my local track I'd say the ST-RR. They handle way better. The 8T is a good truggy.
Both the Mugen truggy and the ST-RR seem to float effortlessly around the track, a lot of that does have to do with the person holding the TX though.
Engines.... the GRP .21, Picco .21, Jammin .21, the new Trinity ExoTech .21. All of these have been really impressive. Pipe choices depend on the track and engine you choose, but the 2053 pipe is one of my favorites. It's a midrange pipe.
Edit, don't buy the Kyosho unless you have a reliable parts source. It sucks to lose a race because you can't get parts!
