Welcome to the forum,

Check out the search feature as their's a plehtora of info on the subject.

Peace

Probably the best I've found is )I think) the Ofna stone filter. Stones are the best, but I haven't found a really good way to clean them. Other filters you'll find are 1 piece aluminum filters, and two piece aluminum filters. the 1 piece ones don't leak air, but the 2 piece ones allow you to clean the screen. I run the Stone filter in my Lightning buggy, and a 2 piece Dubro on my Savage, both work real well.

I think it's not so much what kind of fuel filter you have as much as do you have one?

Yeah, the Dubro is good. You can get a 2-piece filter so you can take it apart and clean it once in a while. They are only $4 and anything is definitely better than nothing.

I run Dynamite filters on my rides. They are two piece aluminum construction with a basket filter element. The two piece allows for cleaning, and I have yet to have one leak.
