S7 = Owned :worship:

anyway, hows that .26 doing? I'm looking at picking one up tomorrow?

That .26 is a God sent! For the money you just can't beat it. I will however say the carb is testy as can be. But, if you are a good, and I mean good, tuner, then you will be fine. Some people are switching the carb out for an O.S. one and calling it one of the best mills out for the buck. I have to agree. I have two of the Picco .26's now and am glad I do. Maybe some day I will drop an O.S. carb on just to see for myself the possibilities. Until then, I'll just keep trying to figure out how to keep these beasts under control!

Heh, whatever. ;/ Anyways, RB's rep. is good enough. And I have owned one nitro engine. POS TRX .15, for less then a month. Bought a used Nitro 4-TEC, smashed the curb 'cause I wasn't running a fail safe, although that was probably a year or so back when I was hardcore in Electric Racing only ..

Edit: Another thing .. I'm wondering which MT should I get, humboldt. WS7/S7 Powered Savage or a 2.5 Maxx w/ RacerX? Both come out to be about the same price ..

I would say since the Savage excepts a .21 already it would be easier and cheaper to convert to that engine, Also I already own 1 Maxx and I am buying my second so I would get a Savage just to have one. It take denaro to get a maxx to a .21 and would take a little extra because from what I have read that engine is all gorilla balls.

Well, if I got the Maxx it would remain a .15/.18 it would be made into a 'Lite' Racer and the Savage would be about stock with the WS7 and a few upgrades. Although my track is pretty small, and the Savage .21 would only benefit when I raced Dirt Oval, and the Maxx would probably have the advantage for Offroad .. Bah, can't decide. :doh: I wish there was a 1/8 track here where the Savage would be the obvious choice.
