They're good about that kind of purchase. They have sold many items (kits) this way to arizona, cali, colorado and some other places because of their listing in the mags ... sorry, can't remember which ones.
BTW, their orders are done on Monday and Tuesday. It can be dropped shipped to your house in 2 days from horizon, if it's in stock.
