Yeah, so it did hit the fan. and it made a HUGE mess. Like DCYF or DHS or Child Services was involved..

So I left my girl. For good. She accused me of hitting and throwing her youngest child accross the room. I'm not staying for that cr@p. So I left. I treated those kids like my own. Cub scouts. Camping trips. I BOUGHT her oldest a nitro evader. And then I get this... A restraining order and Child Services/DCYF/DHS what-have-you involved with my son. That was last week.. 3/4 of the furniture in the apartment was mine.. that I cannot get.

Nice, huh? what a way to end something..... so my son and I have been crashing at my parents house till unemployment kicks in... Oh yeah, I'm unemployed to top it off.. and better yet, I have found out that I have developed an allergy to poison ivy. I've got it everywhere! in places that it doesn't belong........

about the poison ivy. I think I'm immune to it ( Knock on wood). I've seen people who have it though. try some aloe vera

Poison Ivy sucks man. In my job I pretty much get a little bit every year. Lately I haven't had to take a shot of Prednizone (don't think that's how it's spelled : )I just ride it out. Something you may want to try though I don't know how far into it you are, Tecnu really helps if you follow the directions. The worse thing is taking hot showers. That's what really sucks. It some how makes the rash and spreading worse. Also, what ever you were wearing or around at the time, may still have the oils on it so make sure you clean them off.

2 months into the case the guardian brought my daughter to me and she has lived with me for the past 6 years. I have full custody.
Liars always trip up and when it comes to these kinds of situations, the courts have no mercy on them.

No. Do not trust any government Child-related protective service dept. They are not your friend and the law is currently skewed to favor the mother/female in almost all cases. Document *every* interaction with this woman, including phone call time & dates, and never be alone or without a witness in any interaction with her.

And yes, eventually things get worked out like it did in your case Scrogg. But in the meantime it can be hell. I lost a year of being a part of my oldest son's life when he was 2 because of crap pulled by my ex-wife.

I feel for ya bud, I know they automatically favor the mothers. It cost me 15 grand to just bring the proof to court and get custody. She looked like a moron in the courtroom, she could not keep up with all her lies.

Got a letter in the mail the other day from the DCYF officer...... the case was closed/cancelled cause there was insufficient evidence. and the oldest kid confessed to lying. score one for me! so now she has to move back in with her parents 2 hours from here in the most backwards place ever.
