i have been trying to find aluminum billet wheels to fit my lst2, proline wheels have too big of a hole and the maxx wheels are too small,,, the only ones that i can find are the stock dish wheels even the original lst wheels don't work do they?:) :ponder2:

Mate, the lst2 has 20mm HEX's Most trucks have 14mm lst1 has 14mm.
the proline ones are all sizes up to 23mm but 20mm,
i have a lst2 mate,
love it to death but wish there was more wheel options.
CEN Nemesis wheel HEX kit will fit on your truck and make it take 23mm HEX wheels,
proline make a 23mm conversion but it only fits the lst1 not the 2.
anyway go with the CEN kit, i will be soon.
that should open up a few more choices.

Hope this helps.
Cheers Steve

thanks bro, that will help. i found some hexs that fit the lst2 making it accept t maxx rims at new era models but ythe tmaxx wheels are too small. why can't you find aluminum wheels for rc trucks easily? are they too heavy or something? i found some al rims at new era but they are very small. we'll keep searching and try the cens thanks. :)

Be careful of the tires and wheels you get if you go with a different size it will throw off your gear ratio,or atleast that is what local hobby shop is telling me.

Yeah the alloy wheels bend too easy, chip too easy and weigh too much for me,
What do you want them for?? they are only good for show trucks..
if it was a show truck i would get them and polish the hell out of them,
but for bashing like i do,
the dish wheels seem to be the bomb,
i was thinking about some 23mm CEN HEX's for my lst2 and getting some new 23mm HEX proline white dish wheels and putting some proline big joe's on it. dish wheels are sorta ugly but strong as hell and light as a feather also i think they suit a lst2.

Whatever you guys do,try the Crazy Nut Racing 23mm adapters I tried the Proline ones and have had nothing but headache. I read they were problems but I tried it anyways. After having the nutfall off numerous times, I gave up. I put the stock 14mm ones on. Got the CNR ones tried em and never failed.

Well i don't have to worry about that.

normal lst1 hex's dont fit my lst2 i have to run CEN hex's.
there is really nothing wrong with the stock lst2 420 dish wheels.
i can put the proline big joes on the 420's?

cheers for the warning though.
