i have my rc tuned properly and i can almost get it to do a wheelie but it doesn't come up. how to i get it to wheelie

Sounds like you may need either a gearing change, or tighten the slipper clutch a bit more ;-)

put a spacer in the rear springs to stiffen it up.

Well what rig do you have first off? Some just aren't made to wheelie. But as stated, you could tighten the slipper clutch, stiffen up the springs in the rear or you could change your gearing.
