i am thinking of buying a truck, but i want one that can do a wheelie, anyone recommend any or have videos of cool ones?

I had the traxxas jato 3.3 and that thing would pop wheelies in second gear no problem. Also the traxxas stampede can pop some wheelies.

hey do everyone some help and use the search bar about wheelies. I mean you could put a supercharger on your nitro and it would do them on command.

Search for wheelie king if you want electric

Nitro...lots of choices.

4wd R/Cs can wheelie... Wheelies aren't everything, speed isn't everything. Learning how to control your R/C is. When the front wheels are off the ground, you can't steer. Almost every nitro non-street car can wheelie.

Any savages do wheelies's
iv'e got a vid of my savage x but it still needs tuning

get and car and put stiff springs in the rear and your set.:hamster:

Also, to clarify a little, try tightening up the slipper clutch on whatever rig you decide to go with. The wheelie kind is by far the best wheelie option for an electric and has an easily adjustable slipper clutch for when you get tired of busting wheelies (which may be never) as for nitros, just about any truck will do, just look for setup specs online and follow em.

Have fun!

just tune it right and a majority of nitros will pull a wheelie.. Wheelies are cool for about 5 minutes anyway.. I personally have my set up so they WONT wheelie.. Steering FTW!

i love doing wheelies with my savage put after about 15 metres the car starts to go wobbiley, the reason is becuase the car is not under controll its just on 2 wd

i have a lightning stadium RR, how can i make that wheelie? (it has the standard .26 hot bodies power facotry)
I not suer if you can but I fort if the model can do wheelie they would sell wheelies bars eg savage, but it could be possable to convert some parts to do that.

I'm not so sure if you could make the back suspension more firm to do it, but if you do jumps you need to keep the car even. like on my savage x my suspension is firm not stiff but on Dom savage 4.6ss his suspension firmer than mine and his wheelise a bit better than mine, but do a litle resarch first lol.

Nah, that won't do it alone. You have to have the engine dialed-in more than anything. Messing with the suspension or removing dogbones is a lazy way of getting where you want to go.

As has been mentioned (some more clearly than others) wheelies are fun for, oh, about three minutes or so then they get to be a pain. I had a Revo with an OS .18TM that damn near flipped itself over every time I jumped on the throttle. I ended up regearing it because I was tired of flpping it back over all the time.

Wheelies are a lot like Britney Spears; they're fun for a while but overrated in the long run!

I can't believe a thread this stupid actually went more than a page.. Can tell its winter..
