Cool Video man! What did you do to make the savage do wheelies? and yes i am jealous. It looks like the stock motor.

I'm starting an RC video and image site also, you want to trade banners when their up?

Mike

Nice vid there what mill you running? Also storage is normally not this issue when hosting videos its BANDWIDTH BANDWIDTH BANDWDTH...X

believe it or not all i did was put new rims on it..I'm guessing because they have more backspacing compared to stock more power is getting to the center of the wheels instead of the outter edge..

I like the vid and I'm jealous. I was about to buy those wheels this weekend, but I got RD Logics instead...:(

Sweet video, , if all you did was change the rims, then that is probably one of the most effective mod I've seen yet. Keep up the good work, can't wait to see more:D

NICE VID thats cool! man i gotta take my cars to a skate park

Deadbody - Take X's advice, it doesn't matter how much storage you have, Bandwidth is the key! For example: RCNT is currently only using 77.12MB of storage, but has gone through 6.9 GIGS of bandwidth. Bandwidth is what you want!!!

Nonetheless - Sweet video, I can't believe changing the rims made it wheelie!

Although the Monster Claws are lighter than the stock rims for the Savage, I'm inclined to believe that there is something more to your sudden wheelie fortune. When you changed the rims, did you also change the tire (perhaps to a lighter than stock tread)? Did you make any adjustments to the needles?

BTW, the Claws look nice on that truck, and the video is rocking. Keep bringing them to us.

Killer vid man! And nothing broke! RIGHT ON! Another point for the Savage hehehehe

You have been chalking up points for a while now. Whats the score?

i kinda figured someone would doubt the wheelie's on a basic stock truck..i have added the cold air k&n intake and a exhaust deflector and of course the new rims with factory tires..once i put the new rims on it was popping a wheelie everytime...i did break the rear right dogbone that day, replaced it and on sunday i broke the left rear...think I'm gonna get the titanium dogbones...

BTW guys thanks for the feedback

I don't doubt the wheelies on the stock truck. I just find it hard to believe that adjusting the weight (as little as changing the rims would do) would bring forth the wheelies in such a dramatic fashion. Heck, how could I doubt it; the video is ample proof. I'm was just thinking that you might have made a tweak to the needles (ie pushed them a little to the lean side of things).

BUT, if no needle adjustments were made and the rims are the only change, then maybe the stock engine is like Fantom engines or any engine out there for that fact. Given proper amount of time, the engine gets truly broken in and starts to run at peak performance.

Regardless, you got the wheelies and some nice footage to boot. Keep the vids coming.

dang, you're truck is just poppin wheelies...was that shot in hawaii?

yep i'll be here till december then I'm back home for good(florida)

of course they were glued the rims would have just turned inside the tires...i used regular old super glue too
