I'm doing an inquiry project for school i have to ask an unaswerable question and then try and answer it. so my question is basicaly"what makes a hobbie and more specificaly what is so intriging about rc cars that there owners will spend thousand on them" so whats your opinion why do you guys love your rc cars so much?? thanks for the help!

i can not work so i spend all my time running and working on rc cars i need something to do with my time:eyes:

This pretty much sums it up....

"An activity or interest pursued outside one's regular occupation and engaged in primarily for pleasure."

I love it when I have a successful day of running of my RC's. But the fun doesn't stop there. Usually the same day or the day after I will strip my RC's down to the chassis, clean and inspect each part and then reassemble it for the next bash session.

first, i like toys. second, technology make the toys work better. third, realism. fourth, tinkering and tuning - when you make a change and it does what it was supposed to do. fifth, if your racing, competion is flat out fun. sixth, jumping big gaps allows me to live vicariously through my buggy w/o getting hurt.

the biggest drawback is that rc is bank. that's easily resolved by making more money and not spending it on other things.

...except for exotic dancers:naughty:
