What's the main benefit of the OFNA steering mod?

I think you are talking about the ofna monster pirate steering mod. This will take all of the slop out of your steering and it has a built in servo saver to it. I personally just got some duratrax bearings 6x10 and got an ofna servo saver and voila all was right with the world. A new steering servo isn't really necessary but might be really good to have as even with a hump pack the SF-2 servo will only reach 90in/oz of torque. I will be purchasing one with at least 120in/oz of torque and see how that does. The upswing is you can always flip the SF-2 servo around for the throttle brake servo which is a really good idea if you ever want to run bigger tires on the truck.

kila many guys have already done this. I won't be able to get one for about another two weeks. Gotta wait until the tax money gets here. Once I do it though no worries it will happen.

One thing the MP setup will give you is the ability to adjust the tension on the servo saver. This would only really come into play if you are running big tires.
