I'm in need of a change of pipe on my X. Was just curious what every savage owner have on their rig.

In the moment, I'm running the ribbed tune pipe in both of my savage(just to exclude that one) .

Thanks!!

I believe my Savage has a THS pipe. Come to think of it, I really need to put back together my Savage :D.

The phantom steel pipes are supposed to be great.
I know the THS works nicely.
I run the HPI polished.
The ribbed pipe on the right engine will pull stumps out of the ground. No top end though.

:hehe:Mmmmmmmm, interresting!!

Keep the ideas comming...and if you guys want ''the polishing your rocket'' stuff too, if that...turns on on???!!???

May I ask why you are changing your ribbed?
Just getting sick of the same pipe or what?
I have a HPI polished pipe, but in purple I believe.

I like this pipe a lot, but I'm just wondering about others possibly for more top end.
I have plenty of low end to spare I think.

I'm currently running the stock pipe though I'm looking new pipe for better acceleration. Any ideas? Thanks.

I've ran the ribbed and the polished, i liked both but the ribbed is a lot louder then the polished. i also tried the cvec and didnt like it at all.

HPI Polished dual chamber. They don't get much better.

agreed. I got the HPI polished chrome for my F4.1 and swapped it over to my new K5.9 when it came in and it works like a monster. If the ribbed has the same performance I would like to go with that just to have the BARK!!

On my Savage I have the THS pipe and on my Jammin CRT X1 I have the JP-4. The JP-4 is one heck of a pipe....huge difference when I installed it.

Actually I think you can use either one.....that is a very hard choice.....since the THS is made FOR os Savage I would say that go with the THS
