i was wondering for some advice i already have a nitro evader st and its been nothing but a pain and i would like to buy something else but is all nitro cars this much pain or should i switch to electric. really dont race at the track and all i want is to race for about 30 minutes and quit for a while but i still want speed

The RC10GT is a good racer along with the xxxnt... The rustler really doesn't handle that well, but it is fast.

Get an rc10gt. You might get a xxx-nt dud like i did and all it did was break parts. All GT's are great. I've had mine for about 2 months and i havent broken a part and I LOVE it.

What's the problem with your Nitro Evader? Not enough speed? The engine is a bastard to tune?

Since you don't race at the track, you might want to take a look at the Jato. You can make it race-legal if you decide to race at the track one day.

I would say get an RC10GT, ... I have one myself and have barely drove it, and still love it. Basically everyone I know with one loves it. It is a simple car that is very good. If you do get another nitro car though, do not buy used! Unless the person just put in a new engine, or it is from someone you can trust. I bought mine used, and had to do a lot of repairs. Thats just my 2 cents... :2cents:

i only understanded like 1/2 of that.

The best running nitro that I have ever owned is my HPI nitro MT2.
It just runs all day long!
Easy to fix, easy to tune, parts are cheap, durable, yada yada yada.
If you want it to be fast, get the MTss. It comes with a .18.

It's the cheapest car I own but have the least issues.

I have the ss... have a problem with an air leak at the carb i have to adress... it was running like CRAP to get it to keep from frying i had to richen WAY up. once i get the carb sealed this weekend i'm hoping the motor wakes up and puts out that advertised power :)

Ya u should get an rc10gt buggyracer had his and i saw it run it was sweet and with stock motor i bet it went around 42-45 mph... it was a sweet car never saw it break.. his little brother has a b4 and all he does is break it i think if you want an ofroad get a nitro electrics arent as fun and plus the sound and smelll of nitro rocks....

Get an RC10GT or Losi XXX-NT Drake1 or 2, The Drake 2 has quick change wheels so your other wheels wont work on it. Get good Servo's and a good engine and you will get great sevice out of either of those trucks. OS.12 CV-R is a good engine for cheap price. I'm on my 3rd gallon of fuel and no problems with mine.

HPI has been having a lot of problems with their carbs coming loose and causing air leaks. So I don't recomend getting one unless you plan to replace the engine.
