Don't know what rotostart works with that motor.

i went ahead and ordered that one myself today i was on traxxas site and that's what others are using.

I have seen the KwikStart that is similar to the Rotostart on a revo. So why not?

haven't seem that one my self but if it fits it should work. any good glo ingitors ya'll recommend?

Rechargeable ones are great. Dry cells are good for quick " I forgot to charge my ignitor" Days.

Just a quick question on why most people don't seem to like the stock EZ start. It sounds like a really easy thing to use with the only dis-advantage of the extra the electronic motor mounted to the engine block.

Oh, by the way.....what do you guys think about the Tigerdrive rotostart? This seems like a cool idea to be used with a cordless drill.

Cheers~

Well I found the EZ start to be the cause of the end of my session due to a weak battery in the controller.

Weight reduction and better reliability from other other products out there. The Sleezystart was a pain in my ass today. OWB tend to be a problem with them as well. Plus if you get wet (and your already waterproofed) you stand good chance to take out the easy start anyway. Big thing though is weight amongst racers.

Another reason for removing the EZStart system is to reduce drag on the engine at the one-way bearing. However, this benefit isn't gained by putting a roto start system on it since it requires the one-way.

"Yank Eliminator"

I haven't heard much talk about the use of a Yank Eliminator. It effectively removes the OWB from the truck and puts it on the end of a shaft that can be turned by an electric drill. It would seem to fit a niche between a starter box and all the other starting methods. Anyone have any experience with these and what are your conclusions?

Thanks
