I say the OS. The OS is going to be good, reliable, easy to tune, and tons of power. It will also last a long time too, and the throttle band is much better than the picco.

The picco's have been known to be hard to tune at times and have more of an on/off throttle-band. But it does have loads of power.

I'll vote for the Picco. I saw a dyno for the O.S. and its power drops right off in the upper RPMs. I disagree with the tuning and power on/off claims as my Picco .28 is not like that. It is quite easy to tune and has a great power band with decent top end too.

I say go for the Picco.

I've heard a lot of good things about the Picco .28 and that's what I'm going to go with on my MGT as well.

By the way - RushRC has the Picco .28 cheaper then Tower Hobbies.

I had the .26, I have the .27 (green), and have NO tuning issues. I don't have the .28, but I would imagine that it's the same platform.

I have had no tuning or powerband issues with my .26. I recently bought the .28 but I have yet to try it. Tower's price for the .28 is cheaper than Rush's price after you apply the coupons listed on Tower's website.
