It says in the book and vid, 270. Thats probably too warm but for racing it would be ok. No?

Fine. There are days you can't keep it down without losing performance, but the 220-240 is the range that keeps it safe.
I once had a Traxxas .15 that only wanted to run at 285. I never had a problem with it.

yeah. The tmaxxes aren't exactly suited to racing.

I can't break 200 with mine..... running lean..... hope it isnt hurting it
