Hi guys!

Could you please tell me what are cold, medium, and hot glow plugs? What does it mean? What plugs are suitable for what weather conditions?

Using different temperature glow plugs is a tuning aid and these are just guidelines to help you understand their intended use however a lot of variables need to be considered like ambient temps, elevation, nitro content and since fuel chemistry even with the same nitro content will differ for different brands you will have to experiment with it. I was running a hot glow plug on my modded OS21 TM running 33% Nitro Traxxas fuel in over 100 degree heat in a Central Valley California location when the guideline calls for use of a cold plug. For some reason I can only use medium and hot plugs or else I was flaming out. For most situations a medium plug should suffice.
