What do you guys think are the MUST hop-ups for the REVO?

try the LT springs with the p2's or order green and tan or orange and gold springs. these really accent the p2's. also i highly recommend 50-60wt shock oil as well with them.

why do you need a failsafe when the revo has a throttle return spring? notice some guy said he put that on his revo...

because its very cheap insurance $20. if you were to run the revo out of control just once and hit something then you would be saying, i wish i had a $20 failsafe that went full brake when something interfeared with my reciever freq.

also throttle control spring takes throttle out, but if you were wot at closing in on 40mph, the thing could coast forever, so the failsafe is cheap insurance cause it applies full brakes and stops the thing fast.

i have the ofna one, it tucks into the optidrive case no problem and took all of 10 seconds to set. never even notice its there after installing and setting up.

throttle return spring only helps during a loss of battery power. if you lose reception while at wot the spring will do nothing in pulling the servo back. failsafes automaticly make the servo go to a pre-set brake setting in the case of interference, or reception loss.

I would like to see some RPM arms, you know its only a matter of time!

i agree. hopefully it is only a matter of time before everything comes out and the revo gets the support that the t-maxx has.

ByPS,
Are you happy with the addition of the 40 tooth spur and close ratios? Did you loose much topend?
