when I'm driv and i slam on the brakes to spin around the go to go it acts like my rearend isnt grabbin right cus it doesn't pull a wheelie almost like the power aint gettin to the wheels and if my bro does the same move is maxx stands straight up we have everything set the same got any idea what this could be ??? o yea i am runnin the traxxas spool for posi

no it will drive just acts like power isnt gettin to the ground in the rears tires front 1s do fine but in grass it pulls wheelies nicely but not on black top idk what it could be

i was thinkin it was inside of the trans but i dont wanna just start changing stuff out

Sounds like you have a center diff in the transmission. If I was you I would ditch the spool in the rear. They are nothing but bad news and you are going to end up breaking a lot of stuff with it. Diff lockers are for crawlers or Tyco toys.

what tires are you running??? and how is your tune that could be it aswell slightly off and front doesn't want to come up...

tuned just like my bros and his pulls tires nicely i even tried is proline mashers on my truck those or my swamp dawgs wont pull the front tires and how would i tell if i have a center diff installed i got the trans off ebay and can it be removed

Oh wait...this is a T-maxx not your new Revo...sorry it can't have a center diff...my bad. Ok when you keep on it in a striaght line does it shift? If it shifts way too soon it will act like it has no bottom end power.

it seems to shift nice i just wish i knew what was goin on with it it has done this since i built it i was thinkin maybe as weak clucth inside of trans or somrthin idk but i should would like to pull wheelies its almost like when I'm full throttle then stop then full throttle it slips then goes

sounds like your clutch or spur gear is slipping a little, how many friction pegs do you have in the spur gear?

i dont have the pegs i have the 3.3 setup so what do u mean by clutch ???

It maybe sounds like when you brake, your brake isnt fully releasing, not allowing you to get the power to the rear. My RC10GT2 did that a couple times on me, and its like the power is there, but to the wheels it is not. Maybe check out your brake discs and springs and stopper and make sure that when you bake then throttle that it opens your brake calipers up allowing you to go.

never thought it would b brake related but ill check it out tomorrow
