So what CAD software is everyone using to build/ render designs before printing?

I am using the newest version of FreeCad 1.0

Just curious what everyone else is using and what you like / dislike about it ? and what did it cost to get ?

Fusion 360 here. I've used a ton of different CAD software, and of all the free stuff it is by far the best. Make sure you grab the "for personal use" version.

Fusion 360. This software far exceeds my own limitations. It has a few quirks but can't complain for such fully featured software with a pricetag of free for hobbyists.

Fusion. Although I'm tempted to look at that Solidworks Makers version.

Thanks! I'll check it out. Building a new PC soon so I hope it will drastically improve my experience. My old laptop just can't handle it lol
If you can swing it, I highly advise you look into getting a 3d mouse as well. Once you get used to using it, you will never be able to go without it. They can be found used on ebay fairly easily. The models with extra buttons are cool, but not really needed.

I use CadMouse Pro and SpaceMouse Wireless with OnShape, they're amazing.
