Werks clutch???

A wekrs clutch is the way to go. It's based on the centax so basically it's a push tye clutch. Best upgrade to get. More contact and solid feel on take off and very tuneable for engagement points. Springs and disc compounds can give different wear rates and grip but for adjusting, it's the only way to go.

There's no need to open her up to change the springs and tune the clutch shoes by shaving material off. Also, once you shave a bit off a regular shoe, you're stuck with it. There's no turning back. With a sliding clutch, it's just a turn of an adjustment. No need to take it apart.

I recentlt tried one and after 3 days of headache went back to standard clutches..screw kept backing out even w/ loctite....

Plaid, try cleaning the screw and the part you screw injto with nitro blast or equivilant, then put your locktite. The guys on the grid say that its the only way to keep it from adjusting itslef.

Thanks for the tip, I've got on coming. I'll let Santa know so she can put it in my stocking! $52 wasn't bad, eh?

I did mine when it was new....maybe I needed to clean it w/ DA before using loctite......I'll try it again someday when it's all I have left :D......
I've seen guys have them just rock right away and seen just as many have the same issues I had......I guess stupid is as stupid does huh???

i thought i had problems with mine at first( was something else) so i decided to put her back on and so far it is great. i run a RB c5BB by RB mods and i use the gold spring 1 1/4 turns in from flush and it is stout. never had the nut back off though
