This is too sweet , i tried out some backflips today and got very successful , it was very fun , we had found a bmx track and aside from the other bikers it was fun , the only casualty was my slipper being eatin up to the bone, i guess it was set too tight, anyway just wanted to share the good backflipping news!!!:celebrate2:

Flips are indeed a lot of fun. The slipper being your only casualty is a good thing. That is what it is there for. It is designed to be a sacrificial part. So, it has done its job well...by saving the rest of the drive train from the hard driving and any damages. Glad you have found the joy of flight with the Revo.

i planned fo rthe next time i ordered 4 spare spur gears just to make sure , and i intend on doing many , many , many more backs in the near futur. i just have to get it on video and post it up there in the video forum.

not too sure , i havent done enough to know , but when i do i wil let yo know

Sometimes you can strip gears, or break drive shafts when doing back flips. Its because when you do a backflip you have to give it WOT to get the truck to flip, so your wheels get spinning 40+ mph, then when you land they go to almost 0 mph in an instant. This puts a lot of stress on the drive train and spur gear, which is why his slipper wore out. Thats what the slipper clutch is for.

i would like to get more distance too , not only backflips, so i will more of an angle pointing outwards.
