You should be able to start thinking about leaning the engine out now. Five to six tanks is about all most of these engines will take for a break in. Depending on how well you broke the engine in, that number could creep up to a few more tanks. I remember El Pirata's first .21 engine. He broke it in by the book and it still took almost another half gallon before the thing actually broke itself in and was ready for prime time.
I would say you can try and tune the engine now. Take your time and do it in small steps. Do not be surprised if it takes you two or three tanks to find the engine's sweet spot.
