Thanks to everyone's input (very much appreciated), I finally decided on The Limited Edition Savage. I bought the chargers, hump pack with extension, and a new steering servo. I bought the JRPSZ650. It cost a bit but it has metal gears and has a three year warranty. I didn't buy top of the line chargers. I might get something down the road. I got a servo saver but not a failsafe yet. That I will buy next week.
It's too bloody cold here in Canada right now. The plastic would just crack. Lots of guys coming in with broken pieces.
Now, I'm going to start to look at hop-ups for down the road. I wanna get a feel for the truck first. But I know I'll want to get some stuff eventually.:thankyou: :)
Actually the dude at the HS let me trade the stock one for the JR and only charged me 25.00 for it.

congradulations, welcome to the club. you will LOVE that truck!!as soon as it warms up get out there and drive it like ya stole it!! (but be sure to break it in properly first :))

I just got a wall charger for the AA's. And I got a Dynamite 7.2 - 800 ma Ni-Cd charger - DYN 4051
I'm not up on chargers at all. Wasn't in a position to buy anything fantastic. Feel free to advise me.

I replaced the steering servo so I had to get a different servo saver to fit. None fit outta the box.
