someone told me that if you put a performance air filter and a performance mufler you can get a savage 21 to weelie, does any one know if this is true and where would u get the performance air filter from i can't find them any where.

Motorsaver makes a filter for the Savage. The part number is SAV90 and you can find it at Towerhobbies.

HPI also sells the high flow filter. It appears to be identical to the Motorsaver part.

Wheelie ability has a lot to do with tuning also. Even with the performance upgrades if your engine isn't tuned a certain way it might not wheelie. By saying tuned a certain way I mean it has to be lean enough (LSN) to have that quick punch.

get a 12T clutch bell and make sure you have the 52T Spur, the .21 will go weelie crazy.
