I was wondering what I needed to cover (Of course the receiver battery, servos, and receiver), but what else?

3m silicone spray the whole car. it will attract dust if left on after your splashy ride.

Wait, isn't attracting dust bad? Yeah, I think I'll just use balloon. I don't really go off-roading, it's an on-road :D.

you can wash the 3m spray off after you run it in the wet, then when its raining again just give it another spray. ballons wont protect bearings, screws, hingepins, dogbones and other metal objects that can rust or corrode.

I know, but I'm just waterproofing it just in case. I don't run in the rain, seems pretty weird to.

I've driven in light rain. Just lifted the tailgate on my Dad's Jeep and ran it in the parking lot. Nothing like sliding around wet concrete. Just had to make sure everything was dried after and relubed certain things like bearings and etc.
