What motor should i go with any opinions on these? I want major speed, power, and durability. i dont want an engine that is a pain to tune. I know i want a big block though so if you can recommend any. Oh and one more question what do they mean by the eb modded navorossi .28. What do they mean by the eb modded?

I would go with the v-spec. It will outlast the wasp, and they are easy to tune.

When they say "Eb modded nova .28" they mean that it was modified, they port and polish the piston and sleeve change the timing of the mill and all that fun stuff.

VB, do you really feel the V-Spec is easy to tune? I have been having ahard time keeping my V-Spec powered Thunder Tiger in tune. In fact, I gave up using the TT and have been racing my OFNA Hyper 7 PCR instead.

I've never had a hard time runing or tuning any os engine. What kind of problems are you having tuning your vspec?

I've had issues w/ them in the past but it always ended up being a blown front main......the guys I was helping didn't have a clue how to maintain their stuff so I never could blame OS for them.....

Rb323  faster than any big block I have raced and has Insane tourqe. I have never had any issues tuning it. Just my :2cents:

Can you guys recommend any .21 engines that will work with the qoncepts bb kit. Seen some videos of a revo with a vspec in it and i can say is wow. So id like a good .21 engine for my baby revo ;)

there were 2 guys that did that at mills pond....one is still running but has to wrench after every tank, No idea what exactly but he's tinkering after every tank....the other guy I saw for 2 weeks and now nothing......I think he gave up on it......they are ridiculous fast for sure....but is it worth headaches over a fast truck.....besides the RB is like 215 w/ a pipe made for the revo and the mounts.......just drop that in...Revorancher has a good site (shop) for the whole kit.....

yeah, I have the RB 323. Insane power, keeps it's tune and if it does go out it re-tunes easily. Whole kit takes about 45 minutes to install. There are two mistakes in the directions but they are easyto figure out. Whole kit has everything you need. Buy it at Rob's R/C Hobbies, 714-372-3777, for 219.00.

V-Spec might make more power but I have had troubles.

VB, my problem is having it hold a tune throughout even a practice session. I sealed the carb and backplate, use 30% Byrons, factory turbo plugs, everything. It just seems to lose it's crackle after a few minutes and gets boggy. Doesn't stall, just loses it's tune enough to cut into the power.

Real funny, VB!! (actually, I'll let you know if I do sell it. Only has about 10 tanks through it, 6 for break in.)
