Wasp.26 + fixin's or hpi rtr rs4 3evo?

I have a Savage 25 right now, and i have saved engouh money for a Wasp .26 and some CVDs. But then i saw the rs4 3evo and thought hmmm. Is the Wasp that great? would it be more fun than the evo? Does anyone have any advice? Thanks

So the options are to buy an engine and some CVDs...or....get another RC entirely? I'd opt for the new RC. The Wasp is a great engine, but may not show you much more than you are seeing with the .25 you already have.

I'm with Sky on this one, it's real nice to have both on and off road, go for the new RC. They have upgraded RS4 3 evo nicely over the original RS4 3.

I agree. I would tell you differently if you had the savage 21 because it is a night and day difference in it. However I understand that with the right porting on the 25 that you could nearly match the power of the wasp 26. Go for the new RC. LOL it's a great choice of an on road car for a basher car.

Interesting, i thought that the Wasp was a huge jump from the stock .25. It is just hard for me to accept that my friends mammoth is so much faster than me. He can go way bigger than i can at the BMX track, although he breaks every time. I want my savage to be a beast and i thought a wasp would do it. It would be nice to have something to drive while waiting for parts to arrive. But that means more replacement/hop-ups to buy. And for some reason my girl gets all upset when i tell her that were not going out to dinner tonight cuz i needed new bulkheads. It is an ever dueling battle between the girl and RC, and right now i think RC is winning.
